These terms govern your access to and use of the TrustedAIGov platform and website (the "Service"), provided by Trusted AI Governance Ltd (Company No. 07309857), London, UK. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

TrustedAIGov is a software-as-a-service platform for enterprise AI governance, including discovery, controls, evidence, assurance, cost analytics and reporting. We may update, add to or change features over time to improve the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in accordance with the plan you select and any order you agree with us. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew for successive terms unless cancelled in line with your plan.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content and trademarks, is owned by Trusted AI Governance Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Service supports governance against frameworks such as the EU AI Act and ISO 42001, it does not constitute legal advice, and you remain responsible for your own compliance decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law
